Feel the Force of Iguazú River
To the north of Misiones province, on the border with Brazil, the Iguazú River pours over basalt walls forming 275 waterfalls surrounded by jungle. The most impressive one, the Devil’s Throat, is 82 metres high. You will be able to hear its thunderous roar and feel the spray and foam from the cascading waters. You will be moved, surprised, dazzled. This is what happens with the Iguazú Falls.
The Iguazú Falls have been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and chosen as one of the world’s seven wonders of nature. They are located inside Iguazú National Park, which also features walking trails, walkways to see nature up close and nautical tours.
