Go sandboarding on the great dunes of Catamarca
Catamarca awaits you with dunes that are over 2 thousand metres high and emerge amidst the mountains, changing their shape according to the force and the direction of the wind. This is why you will find a completely different landscape every time you visit this place.
The dunes of Saujil, Medanitos and Tatón (the last two are more complex and steeper) are the perfect setting to enjoy this great adventure. If you do not dare to ride down the dunes while standing on the board, you can try sand sledding instead. Walk uphill, slide down on your sandboard and have fun at the foot of the Andes Mountain Range.
Where: At Saujil, Medanitos and Tatón dunes (Catamarca)
When: All year round
